ملخص
نفذت منظمة بلا حدود الانسانية الجلسة الحوارية الثانية ضمن انشطة مشروع معا من اجل محاربة الفساد بمشاركة متنوعة تمثلت
السلطة التشريعية (القضائية – قاضي محكمة الناصرية – والقاضي نائب الادعاء العام )والسلطة المحلية في محافظة ذ ي قار
ودائرة تمكين المراة وقادة منظمات المجتمع المدني وقادة الفرق الطوعية واعلاميين ومحامين
قسمت الجلسة الحوارية الى 5
1. المحور الاول : تحليل مقارن بين الاتفاقية الامم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والاتفاقية العربية لمكافحة الفساد التي صادق عليها العراق
وكان المحاضر السيد عمار الغرابي رئيس مجلس ادارة منظمة بلا حدود الانسانية
2. المحور الثاني : دور الاعلام في مكافحة الفساد وتعريف الفساد وانواع الفساد وكان المحاضر د.عدي الطائي الاكاديمي العراقي في كلية الاعلام جامعة ذ ي قار
3. المحور الثالث : اهمية السلطة القضائية في تحليل مفهوم الفساد وفق التشريعات الوطنية وتناول هذا المحور السادة القضاة
4. المحور الرابع : قانون رقم 12 لسنة 2010 الخاص بمنظمات غير الحكومية وكان المحاضر الاستاذ علاء الياسين منسق دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية الامانه العامة لمجلس الوزراء
5. المحور الخامس : دور مكتب مستشار المنظمات غير الحكومية في ديوان محافظة ذ ي قار وكان المحاضر الاستاذة امينة ذ ياب
كانت النقاشات مهمة وهادفة ومرنة ودار الجلسة الحوارية باسلوب تفاعلي وهادف وتوزيع الوقت الاستاذ رائد الاوسي خبير دولي في التدريب ومدير اعلام المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات –ذ ي قار .
وقبل الختام تم عرض سبوتات مشروع معا من اجل محاربة الفساد
1.الرشاوي في الدوائر الحكومية
2.الابتزاز الجنسي في الدوائر الحكومية
وفي الختام تم تدوين الملاحظات والتوصيات وتوزيع بروشرات توعوية حول الاليات التبليغ عن الفساد واستبيان يتالف من 8 نقاط تخص موضوع الفساد والاتفاقية الامم المتحدة لمحاربة الفساد , والاتفاقية العربية لمحاربة الفساد

Summary
No Borders Humanity Organization NBH implemented the second dialogue session within the activities of the project together to fight corruption with a variety of participants represented The Legislative Authority (Judicial - Judge of the Nasiriyah Court - Judge Deputy Public Prosecution) and the local authority in the province And the mirror empowerment department, leaders of civil society organizations, voluntary team leaders, media, and lawyers The dialogue session was divided into 5 axes.
1. against Corruption and the Arab Convention against Corruption approved by Iraq The lecturer, Mr. Ammar Al –Ghurabi President of the No Borders Humanity Organization
2. The second axis: the role of the media in the fight against corruption and the definition of corruption and types of corruption. Uday Al-Taei, Iraqi academic at the Faculty of media,
Dhi-Qar University
3. The third axis: the importance of the judiciary in analyzing the concept of corruption in accordance with national legislation. This axis dealt with the judges
4. Fourth Axis: Law No. 12 of 2010 for NGOs. The lecturer was Mr. Alaa Al -Yassin, coordinator of the Department of NGOs, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers
5. The Fifth Axis: The role of the office of the NGO Advisor in the Dhi-Qar Governorate discussions was important, purposeful, flexible, and the house of the dialogue session in an interactive and purposeful manner, and the time was distributed by Mr. Raed Al -Awsi, an international expert in training and the director of the independent high commission for elections - this is Dhi-Qar.
