العصف الذهني
للمشاركين من اجل كسر الجمود من خلال توزيع المشارمين على شكل دائرة وقيام كل
مشارك بالتعريف بالمشاركين الاخرين لغرض التهيئة لليوم الثاني للدورة التدريبية
(من هو المدرب وماهي مهارات الاتصال الفعال ) .
بدا التدريب بسؤال من هو المدرب وهل انا اصلح ان اكون مدرب ؟
وكان جو التدريب
ممتع ومريح لجميع المشاركين خصوصا ان عملية التدريب متسلسلة من خلال جدول الاعمال
تم تناول جميع
مواد التدريب وقام المدرب بتقسيم المشاركين الى 4 مجموعات من اجل نقل عملية
التدريب النظري الى التطبيق العملي
من خلال استخدام
اساليب تدريبية متنوعة ومنهج تدريب الكبار التجريبي .وايضا تم تناول مفهوم مجالاات
التدريب
وايضا تم تناول
ماهي الطرق الحديثة بالتدريب وماهي انواع المدربين والمتدربين وايضا البيئات
التدريبية والمهارات الصلبة والناعمه (الخفيفة )
قيام المشاركين
بعرض نتائج المناقشات مع باقي زملائهم من اجل التعرف اكثر هل اصبحت المعلومات التي
لديهم قادرين على تطبيقها في مجال العمل خصوصا نحن عمل في مجال التوعية بالاليات
القانونية من اجل زيادة الابلاغ عن الفساد

On the second day of the training course

No Borders Humanity Organization (NBH), within the
framework of The together to fight corruption project, held a training Trainers
Course on the second day, the trainer, Mr. Haider Saadi, an expert in the field
of training, discussed various methods of training.
Brainstorming the participants to break the deadlock by
distributing participants in a circle and introducing each participant to the
other participants to prepare for the second day of the training course (who is
the trainer and what the effective communication skills are).
The training started with the question of who is the Trainer.
And whether am I fit to be a Trainer.
The training atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable for all
participants, especially since the training process is sequential through the
agenda.
All training materials were dealt with and the trainer
divided the participants into 4 groups to transfer the theoretical training
process to practical application.
Through the use of various training methods and an
experimental adult training curriculum.
The concept of training areas was also addressed They also
discussed what are the modern methods of training, what are the types of
trainers and trainees, as well as training environments, and hard and soft (light)
skills .
The participants will present the results of the discussions
with the rest of their colleagues to find out more about whether the information
they have has become able to apply in the field of work, especially since we
are working in the field of awareness of legal mechanisms to increase reporting
on corruption.
