حث المشاركين الشباب على المشاركة في الانتخابات البرلمانية 10 تشرين الاول 2021
بحضور السيد عمار الغرابي رئيس NBH - مدير المشروع وفريقه الجلسة الحوارية الرابعة بعنوان "التربية المدنية والتثقيف الانتخابي" ضمن مشروع دعم الانتخابات في العراق المنفذ من قبل منظمة NBH والممول من قبل الامم المتحدة .
بمشاركة 73 شاب عراقي من كلا الجنسين . فريق العمل (6 امرأة و 11 رجال). :

2. مفهوم المواطنة وعناصرها
3. الإدارة الانتخابية
ودارت معظم التساؤلات حول قانون الانتخاب وقانون المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات وتوزيع الدوائر الانتخابية في محافظة
ذ ي قار ذي قار والأجهزة المستخدمة في عمليات العد والفرز. استعرض السيد عمار الغرابي الموضوعات المتعلقة بالتربية المدنية والتثقيف الانتخابي .قدم الاستاذ نبيل الركابي مدرب محترف ومنسق الشؤون اللوجستية بالمنظمة , عرضا وافيا عن موضوع الديمقراطية وانواعها استنادا الى دليل المنظمة التدريبي.كما قدم الاستاذ رائد الاوسي المدرب والمحاضر ومدير الإعلام والاتصال الجماهيري في مكتب المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات في ذي قار عرضاً شاملاً حول موضوع الانتخابات وعناصرها. كما قدمت المدربة نوال سالم عرضا شاملا عن موضوع المواطنة وعناصرها.
وحضر في الجلسة الحوارية الدكتور محمد حسين ممثل الامم المتحدة .

Urging young participants to participate in the parliamentary elections 10 October 2021
Mr. Ammar alghurabi , president of NBH-project manager and his team attended the fourth dialogue session entitled "civic education and electoral education" within the project to support elections in Iraq implemented by NBH and funded by the United Nations .
The participation of 73 young Iraqis of both sexes . Staff (6 women and 11 men ;

Topics for the interactive session
1. The basic principles of democracy
2. The concept of citizenship and its elements
3. Electoral administration
Most questions were raised about the electoral law and the law of the Independent High Electoral Commission and the distribution of electoral districts in the governorate Dhi Qar and devices used in counting operations. Mr. Ammar Alghurabi reviewed topics related to voter education and civic .
Mr. Nabil al-Rukabi , a professional trainer and logistics coordinator of the organization, gave a full presentation on the topic of democracy and its types based on the organization's training manual. Mr.Raed Aussi,Trainer , lecturer and director of media and Mass Communication at the Office of the Independent High Electoral Commission in Dhi Qar, also gave a comprehensive presentation on the subject and elements of the elections. As the trainer, Nawal Salim a comprehensive presentation on the subject of citizenship and its elements.
The dialogue session was attended by the representative of the United Nations, Dr. Mohammed Hussein .
